Medicine Associates sponsored free cardiovascular
screening clinics Saturdays in January.

message that early detection and intervention can
prevent serious medical problems.
People are more likely to change dietary and exercise
habits if they understand their risk factors, Manfredi
said. Physicians at the clinic talked about the
patient's risk profile, diet, exercise and medication,
and their relation to health care.
